After placing an order you can cancel it within 24 hours, we will process your request and give you a full refund.

In the event that your order has already been shipped, we must consider your request. The refund will be made upon receipt of the package and within 14 days of receipt.

When you place an order comprising different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers will intervene. In addition, and to avoid high delivery costs due to too much delivery weight, the different items of the same order are sent separately.
